How do I make a return?

When will I get my refund?
Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Ordered Incorrect Item
Before confirming an order, please check it carefully as some phone models have similar names. Our phone cases are designed with your phone model in mind, so they are not transferable with other models. We will be happy to exchange an incorrect item
