How do I make a return?Updated a year ago

Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] so that we can provide you with our returns address and instructions.

We hope you love your Snakehive products, but if, in the odd event you don't, we have a no-quibble money-back guarantee on items returned to us in an unused and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to return your order for a full product refund or exchange, you will need to send your item to our returns address in Poland, and you will need to send proof of paid return postage to our Customer Care team via email.

Upon receipt of proof of paid return postage to our Customer Care team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2-3 working days. Please note that we are unable to fund return postage costs for any unwanted/incorrectly ordered items.
